Air Shower
- It is a device used to blow off dust and dirt from people or objects when entering a cleanroom.
- It is made of galvanized steel, electrostatically painted steel, or stainless steel.
The operating principle of Air Shower
When a person enters the Air Shower, the system is activated by a sensor, and clean air is blown out through nozzles mounted on the walls. After the preset air blowing time, the rear door can be opened for workers to enter and start working.
Depending on the number of people entering at a given time, there are types of Airshower with corresponding sizes and standards. There are also continuous pass-through models without stopping (tunnel model).
Applications of Air Shower
As we know, the main function of an Air Shower is to blow off dust and provide a sterile environment, therefore, it is applied in various industries. Air Showers are commonly used in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, electronics, and food industries.
