Pass box for Electronics Cleanroom

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Pass box is an indispensable device used in clean production lines. It is used to transport finished products between rooms with different cleanliness levels (from low-level cleanrooms to high-level cleanrooms or vice versa). The pass box helps minimize cross-contamination. In cases where items are transferred from outside to inside the cleanroom, users do not need to change into cleanroom attire or pass through an air shower.

OPTIONAL FEATURES

+ Buzzer: A buzzer can be installed in the pass box to notify the personnel on the other side that the item has been placed in the pass box and is ready to be transferred.

+ Indicator light: An indicator light is used to show whether the door on the other side is opened or closed. Typically, a light indicates an open door and vice versa.

+ Intercom: An intercom can also be installed inside the air shower to facilitate communication between personnel on both sides of the pass box.

NOTABLE CONVENIENCES

+ The operating parameters of the UV light can be set independently for each side of the pass box, allowing different exposure times for items entering or leaving the cleanroom.

+ The cleaning mode is designed for disinfecting the working chamber of the pass box.

+ The UV light parameters can be adjusted.

+ The exposure time of the ultraviolet rays can be adjusted.

+ The UV device is automatically activated when items are transferred.

+ Electromagnetic keys allow restarting the passbox control system without cutting off the power.

SAFETY FEATURES WHEN USING PASSBOX

+ Emergency situations do not occur while using the Passbox because the doors are always locked, even when the power is off.

+ The door is automatically locked during UV exposure.

+ The door on the opposite side will automatically lock when the sender/receiver opens the door from one side.
