Laminar Flow Pass Box: This type can meet high standards by creating vertical airflow (laminar flow) and achieving a high level of cleanliness. Therefore, it filters out dirt from the items before transferring them inside the cleanroom.

Air Shower Pass Box: It is equipped with an air shower system that play the role of blowing off dirt and particles adhering to the surface of the items.

Structure of Dynamic Pass Box

The structure of a self-cleaning pass box includes essential components such as a control panel, pressure gauge, interlocking mechanism, HEPA filter, pre-filter, door handles, and UV disinfection light.

A fan is responsible for pushing clean air into the dynamic pass box. Before reaching the fan, the air passes through a pre-filter to remove larger particles and then proceeds to the HEPA filter, which cleans the air thoroughly. Finally, the filtered air is dispersed inside the box through an air grille.

The main body of the pass box contains power sockets, control switches, and electronic interlocking systems. This part is typically made of stainless steel 304. The pass box door is designed with a handle, door gaskets, and tempered glass.

The interlocking mechanism plays a crucial role in preventing cross-contamination between clean and unclean environments during item transfer. During the transportation process, items are disinfected using the UV disinfection light.

Operating Principle

Before items are brought into the cleanroom, they must pass through the dynamic pass box. Here, the dynamic components blow off dust using clean air filtered by the HEPA filter. After dust removal, the UV disinfection light is activated to eliminate bacteria for a specific period, and then the items are transferred into the cleanroom.
